Treyvon Walston and Arrin Spence Arrested for a Large Amount of Fentanyl

Members of the Wicomico County Sheriffs Office Community Action Team (CAT) conducted an investigation into Treyvon Walston distributing controlled dangerous substances, including fentanyl, in Wicomico County, Maryland.

A search and seizure warrant was obtained for Walston’s residence, located on the 25000 block of Nanticoke Road in Quantico, Maryland. On July 28, 2022, the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Response Team (SERT) executed the search and seizure warrant on the 25000 block of Nanticoke Road in Quantico, MD.

Treyvon Walston, Arrin Michelle Spence, and a small baby were located inside the residence. It was discovered during the search warrant execution that two (2) bags containing purple powder and one (1) digital scale were discarded out the back door of the residence. The investigation determined that the purple powder substance was fentanyl.

A complete search of the residence revealed powder cocaine, crack cocaine, suboxone strips, packaging material, and other items indicative of CDS distribution.

In total, 96.85 grams of fentanyl, 14.94 grams of powder cocaine, .50 grams of crack cocaine, and the 10 suboxone strips were seized from the residence.

In the State of Maryland, any subject that possesses 5 grams or more of Fentanyl can be charged with possession of a large amount, which has enhanced penalties.

It is clear that Walston is involved in the distribution of heroin/fentanyl and cocaine.

Walston and Spence were both placed under arrest and transported to the Wicomico County Detention Center. Both subjects are held without bond. The Delmar Police Department assisted with the investigation.
