WORCESTER COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE INVESTIGATES SINGLE VEHICLE FATAL CRASH

Worcester County, MD - On December 16, 2023 at around 4:13 AM, Deputies from the Worcester County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to Saint Lukes Road in Worcester County, Maryland in reference to a single vehicle crash.  The crash was reported on Saint Lukes Road between Route 12 and Cardinal Lane. 

Upon arrival, Deputies and first responders found a 2010 Jeep Wrangler, operated by Wyatt Lowman, a 19 year old male from Salisbury, Maryland, left the roadway for an unknown reason and struck a ditch and utility pole. 

Wyatt Lowman was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma by MSP Aviation where he was reported to be in stable condition. 

A passenger in the Jeep, Allison Milburn, a 20 year old female from Stockton, Maryland was pronounced deceased on scene. 

A third passenger was transported by ground ambulance to Tidal Health.
