WOMAN WITH MULTIPLE ARREST WARRANTS ARRESTED AFTER STEALING MONEY FROM A TIP JAR

Dorchester County, MD - On Tuesday morning, April 8, 2025, at approximately 10:25 AM, Dorchester County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to investigate a theft at the Bay Country Bakery in Cambridge, Maryland.  


The business owner informed the authorities that a female suspect entered the store around 10:00 a.m., stole about $25 from a tip jar near the counter, and left without making any purchases.


The authorities quickly responded and located a vehicle matching the suspect's description. Law enforcement initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and found that, the male driver had recently given a ride to a white female passenger, taking her to several locations, including the Bay Country Bakery and a nearby coffee shop, before finally dropping her off at a residence in the Cambridge, Maryland.


Following this lead, the deputies went to the identified residence and confirmed the female suspect's identity as Belinda Marie Glock (50 years old). It was discovered that Glock had multiple active arrest warrants across three jurisdictions.


She was apprehended without incident and taken to the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office for processing.


After a court hearing, Glock was committed to the Dorchester County Detention Center due to the following outstanding warrants:

  • In Anne Arundel County, she faced charges for driving with a suspended license, with a bond set at $1,000.
  • In Dorchester County, she was charged with theft under $100, assigned a $500 bond, and faced additional charges, including two counts of fourth-degree burglary, two counts of theft under $100, and two counts of trespassing, with a combined bond of $1,000.


Furthermore, in connection with the most recent theft at Bay Country Bakery, Glock received a criminal citation for theft under $100.
