WICOMICO COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE IS INVESTIGATING A SHOOTING IN SALISBURY FROM TUESDAY NIGHT

Wicomico County, MD - On the evening of April 8, 2025, the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office responded to the 30000 Block of Zion Road in Salisbury, Maryland. They received reports of gunfire directed at a residence, prompting a swift response from deputies.

Upon investigation, they discovered that both the occupied residence and a parked vehicle had been struck by bullets. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the gunfire.

The investigation was subsequently handed over to detectives from the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division. Working alongside the deputies, they conducted a thorough canvas of the neighborhood, which led to the recovery of important evidence related to the incident.
