SOCIAL WORKER CHARGED WITH SEXUAL ABUSE OF A MINOR
Wicomico County, MD - Investigators with the Wicomico Child Advocacy Center began an investigation into the sexual abuse of a minor. The victim reported multiple incidents of sexual abuse that occurred in Wicomico County several years ago.
The suspect in the investigation was identified as Reginald Harrison Shockley, 66, of Parsonsburg, Maryland.
Shockley was taken into custody on an outstanding arrest warrant on 7/16/24 by Detectives with the Child Advocacy Center in connection with the investigation.
During the investigation, it was discovered that Shockley was employed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who frequently had access to children.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
