SEAFORD POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING A SHOOTING FROM SATURDAY AND NEED YOUR HELP!

Seaford, DE - The Criminal Investigations Division of the Seaford Police Department is actively investigating a shooting that occurred on December 28, 2024.

The incident reportedly took place around 7:50 PM on a Saturday, with the victim himself alerting authorities through a distress call to 911.

The victim, who sustained serious injuries, was quickly transported to a nearby hospital. Preliminary investigations indicate that an altercation outside a commercial establishment in the 200 block of South Bradford Street may have triggered the shooting.

After being shot, the victim managed to retreat to a nearby location on New Street, where patrolling officers responded. Currently, there are no leads regarding the suspect's identity, and the investigation is ongoing.
