POLICE SEEK ASSISTANCE IN THE CONTINUING INVESTIGATION TO LOCATE A MISSING TALBOT COUNTY MAN

Easton, MD - In an attempt to solve the long-standing puzzle, Police are keeping their investigation ongoing regarding the disappearance of Robert John "Link" Bornos. The family is collaborating closely with the officials hoping to find some clues that could shed light on what happened to him since he vanished on April 20, 1993.


Bornos, if still alive, should be 59 years old now. He is characterized as a 5'8" tall man who weighs around 165 pounds, sporting brown hair and brown eyes. Formerly residing in Trappe, Bornos is identified by a unique tattoo of a heart on his left arm, and he typically wears glasses. Additionally, he has a noticeable piercing in his right ear.


According to the information available when his disappearance was reported, Bornos was last seen garbed in an orange/white Nike tennis shoes accompanied by white socks, pairing it with blue jeans, and a white tee shirt that had an image of 'The Who' on the front.


Eyewitnesses informed the police that they saw him in the parking lot of the Choptank Inn which is on the northbound side of Route 50 located in Cordova in Talbot County.
