OCEAN CITY POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING A FATAL PEDESTRIAN COLLISION ON THE BOARDWALK INVOLVING A 2-YEAR OLD CHILD
Ocean City, MD - The Ocean City Police Department is actively investigating a serious incident that took place this evening on the boardwalk. The unfortunate occurrence involved a fatal collision between a young pedestrian and an Ocean City Tram. The accident happened around 8:14 p.m. on the Boardwalk near Dorchester Street.
The pedestrian was a 2-year-old male who was crossing the Boardwalk tram pad near Dorchester Street when the incident occurred. After the tragic incident, Ocean City EMS personnel confirmed the individual's passing at the scene.
