MOBILE PAY NOW AVAILABLE AT SALISBURY'S CIRCLE AVENUE PARKING GARAGE

Salisbury, MD - The City of Salisbury Parking Authority has officially launched a Mobile Pay option at the Circle Ave Parking Garage. Effective immediately, drivers can now pay for parking conveniently using their mobile phones.

Parking Rates and Hours

Garage parking is available from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at a rate of $2 per hour or $10 per day. Parking is free after 4 p.m. on weekdays, as well as all day on weekends and holidays.

Drivers can pay by card at pay stations or use mobile payment options by scanning a QR code or texting "SBYPG" to 25023.

After making a payment, drivers must enter their license plate information and select the duration of their stay. A receipt will be provided, but there is no need to display it in the vehicle; however, it is recommended to keep it for your records.

Temporary On-Street Parking Rules  

On-street parking is free for up to two hours on weekdays. After the two-hour limit, vehicles must be moved to the parking garage to avoid being ticketed.

Evening on-street parking is free after 4 p.m., as well as on weekends and holidays.

Payment Locations and Instructions

Visitors parking in the garage have 15 minutes after parking to complete their payment either through their mobile phone or at one of the pay stations. Pay stations are conveniently located at:

• Outside the Parking Authority office, to the left of the Circle Ave entrance on the ground level.
• At the pedestrian entrance on S. Division Street, located on Level 2 of the parking garage.
