Talbot County, MD - Kevin Hamilton Manning has pled guilty to a total of ten charges across two separate cases, according to a recent report.

Manning's first case involved the sexual assault of a 3-year-old child, to which he has admitted guilt for committing a felony, specifically a third-degree sex offense.

In the second case, Manning faced allegations related to witness intimidation and harassment directed towards the child's mother. He has confessed to two counts of witness intimidation, two counts of harassment through electronic communication, and five counts of violating a protective order.

The investigations leading to these convictions were conducted by the Easton Police Department, the Talbot County Department of Social Services, and the Talbot County State's Attorney's Office. Deputy State's Attorney Chelsea Endzel led the prosecution efforts.

Authorities have expressed their gratitude for the concerted efforts of local law enforcement and social services in bringing about a resolution to this sensitive case. The cooperation of state witnesses also played a crucial role in securing the plea agreement.
