KENT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE INCIDENTS - JAN 28 - FEB 3, 2025

The following are incidents that took place over the past week in Kent County, Maryland.

1/28/25 Cpl M. Piasecki served a Kent County Circuit Court arrest warrant for Home Invasion and associated charges on Daniel Wayne Manley, age 37 of Rock Hall, MD. Manley was held at the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

1/28/25 Sgt N. Blazejak served a Kent County District Court arrest warrant for Sex Offender; Fail to Register on Denzel Akeen Kilson, age 31 of Millington, MD. Kilson was held at the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

1/28/25 Cpl M. Piasecki served a Kent County District Court bench warrant for violation of probation on Joseph Christopher Cooper, age 26 of Greensboro, MD. Cooper was held at the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

1/29/25 Cpl A. Freeman is investigating a theft that occurred in the 100 block of West Cross St., Galena, MD. A representative of the victim stated that an unknown suspect stole a large amount of reference materials and holiday decorations from the business. Total loss is estimated to be less than $100. Under investigation.

1/30/25 D/S T. Baitsholts served a Kent County Circuit Court body attachment for failure to appear on Michael Luis Torres, age 40 of Galena, MD. Torres was held at the Kent County Detention Center on a $1200 bond.

1/31/25 DFC R. Strong served a Kent County District Court Criminal Summons for Interception of Communication and Possession of Interception Device on Bryan Preston Foreman, age 65 of Chestertown, MD. Foreman was released after signing for the summons.

2/1/25 Sgt G. Manning is investigating a reported assaulted that occurred on Walker Rd., Worton, MD. The victim reported being assaulted by a known suspect. Under investigation.

2/1/25 DFC D. Parent is investigating an assault that occurred in the 23000 block of Woods Edge Drive. The victim was assaulted by a known suspect - charges pending.

2/2/25 D/S S. Manning served a Kent County Circuit Court arrest warrant for second degree rape and associated offenses on Hector Leandro Gonzalez, age 38 of New York, New York. Gonzalez was held at the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

2/3/25 D/S L. Manning served a Kent County District Court Arrest Warrant for Electronic Harassment on Ryan Alan Carroll, age 51 of Elkton, MD. Carroll was held at the Kent County Detention Center without bond.

2/3/25 Captain H. Kettner served a Kent County District Court Criminal Summons for second degree assault on Tinley Garnett, age 57 of Worton, MD. Garnett was released after signing for the summons.
