With over 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance and a strong focus on cannabis law, Sanderlin brings extensive knowledge to this role. His nomination will be presented to the Delaware State Senate for confirmation.

Before founding Sanderlin Strategies, PLLC, he was an attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where he handled litigation, regulatory compliance, and legislative matters. His commitment to transparency, equity, and responsible governance is evident throughout his career.


Sanderlin holds a Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America, a Master of Public Administration from Florida State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Jacksonville University.
