Cambridge, MD - A neighborhood in Dorchester County was disrupted Thursday afternoon when a massive fire was sparked at a local residence in the 600 block of Robbins Street in Cambridge, Maryland, resulting in substantial property damage.

An electrical mishap in the kitchen caused an intense fire around 1:33 PM on June 20th. The occupants who discovered the fire immediately alerted the authorities, leading to a quick response from the Rescue Fire Company.

The incident resulted in a significant financial blow to the homeowners, with an estimated structural damage worth around $30,000 and further damage of about $15,000.
