DELAWARE STATE POLICE ARREST THREE SUSPECTS IN RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
Millsboro, DE - Delaware State Police arrested 61-year-old William Nickerson, 45-year-old Bonnie Osborne, and 21-year-old Alan Dardon-Perez on burglary charges and related offenses.
On the evening of April 25, 2024, officers responded to a call from the 21000 block of Paul Drive, where an under-construction home had been burglarized. The victims discovered their stolen property at another residence on the same street, leading to a confrontation with a potential suspect, who then threatened the victim.
Through a thorough investigation, the troopers were led to Nickerson, Osborne, and Dardon-Perez, who were subsequently confirmed as the suspects in the burglary incident.
Each of the accused was taken into custody and brought to Troop 4. They faced multiple charges and were arraigned by the Justice of the Peace Court 7. They were all released on personal recognizance.
