DELAWARE STATE POLICE ARREST MILLSBORO MAN FOR DRUG AND GUN OFFENSES

Milton, DE - Delaware State Police have arrested 29-year-old Deion White from Millsboro, Delaware, following an operation related to illegal firearms and drug distribution.


The arrest occurred on April 3, 2025, when officers from the Sussex County Drug Unit and the Sussex County Governor's Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence on the 30000 block of Stockley Road in Milton, Delaware.


The warrant was issued after a thorough investigation into White's suspected involvement in the distribution of illegal narcotics.


Prior to the search, detectives observed White leaving the residence in a white Ford Fusion, which drew attention due to its improper window tint. Additionally, the vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Beaver Dam Road and Stockley Road. This traffic violation led detectives to pull over the vehicle and detain White.


During the search of both White and the property, authorities discovered nearly 197 grams of heroin, a .357 caliber handgun, and over $2,300 in suspected drug proceeds.

White was arrested and taken to Troop 4, where he was charged with the crimes listed below, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2, and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $203,002 cash bond.
