DELAWARE STATE POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING THURSDAY SHOOTING IN BRIDGEVILLE

Bridgeville, DE - Delaware State Police Detectives are currently investigating a shooting that occurred around 3:50 p.m. on February 13, 2025. The incident took place in the 21000 block of Coverdale Road.

Upon arrival at the scene, detectives found a 41-year-old man with a gunshot wound. His critical condition required immediate transportation to a local hospital.

The investigation is ongoing and is being handled by the Delaware State Police Troop 4 Criminal Investigations Unit. At this time, there is limited information available, and detectives are seeking assistance from the public.
