CITY OF SALISBURY SCHEDULES FIRE HYDRANT REPAIRS

Salisbury, MD - The City of Salisbury's Department of Waterworks Utilities Division has scheduled fire hydrant repairs for Tuesday, February 25, 2025.

The operations will be conducted at the junction of East Isabella Street and Railroad Avenue, which will lead to a temporary road closure. Railroad Avenue, from East Church Street to Elizabeth Street, will need to be sealed off for all passing traffic, including emergency vehicles.

To safely manage and direct the flow of traffic, flaggers will be stationed at the intersection of East Isabella Street and Railroad Avenue.

The work kick-off time is set for 8:30 a.m., with an aim to wrap up by 3:30 a.m., provided no unexpected challenges arise.
