CITY OF SALISBURY ANNOUNCES WATER MAIN BREAK

Salisbury, MD - The City of Salisbury has scheduled a repair operation for a water main on 410 Mill Street in Salisbury, Maryland. The Department of Waterworks Utilities Division is charged with the task, which will be executedon Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

Mill Street, extending from Isabella Street to West Chestnut Street, will be closed to traffic. This traffic restriction also applies to emergency vehicles.

Work is likely to kick off at 11:30 a.m. and wrap by 6 p.m., unless unanticipated issues occur. However, access to businesses on Mill Street will remain open throughout this period.

The city has taken all necessary steps to inform concerned authorities, including utility locators and Central Alarm, regarding this planned repair operation.
