CAMBRIDGE TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO DRUG AND TRAFFIC CHARGES
CAMBRIDGE, MD - On February 20, 2024, Cambridge Police Officers pulled over a vehicle on Center Street in Cambridge, Maryland.
The vehicle's driver was identified as Emily Grace Krouse, a 29-year-old resident of Cambridge, MD. The officers' keen observation during the traffic stop led to the discovery of items indicative of drug possession.
Upon receiving consent for a search, officers discovered several pills within the vehicle, which were identified as Morphine.
Officers also discovered that Krouse's driving license was not only absent but also showed a suspended status.
Krouse was later released with traffic and criminal citations. She faces charges including CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substance) Possession Not Cannabis, driving without a license, and driving on a suspended license.
