CAMBRIDGE POLICE FIND WANTED SUBJECT; ADD NEW CHARGES

Cambridge, MD - On October 21, 2023, at approximately 1:15 am, Cambridge Police Officers located Amanda Nicole Biggs (33 years old of Cambridge, MD) in the 700 block of Race St (Bradford House).  Biggs had multiple warrants for her arrest.  

As officers attempted to approach Biggs, she attempted to flee on foot from officers but was quickly apprehended.  Biggs was placed under arrest.  

During a search incident to arrest, Biggs was found to be in possession of multiple glass smoking devices that are used for ingestion of Crack Cocaine along with other paraphernalia related to Heroin.  Biggs was transported to CPD for processing and her initial appearance before a Court Commissioner.  

Biggs was issued multiple Criminal Citations and was later turned over to the Dorchester County Department of Corrections on No Bond.  

Warrant #1: Dorchester County District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear in Court on 8-16-23 on original charges of False Statement to Officer and Obstructing and Hindering.

Warrant #2: Dorchester County District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear in Court on 8-28-23 on original charges of multiple Thefts and Credit Card Fraud.
