CAMBRIDGE MAN ARRESTED FOR ALCOHOL RELATED DRIVING OFFENSES
Cambridge, MD-On the afternoon of April 9th, 2024, at around 4:36 p.m., local Cambridge Police Officers were called to the scene of a car crash on Stone Boundary Rd at Rt 16 in Cambridge, Maryland.
Upon arriving at the location, officers identified two cars involved in the collision.
Upon contacting the individuals involved, officers noticed potential signs of impairment in one of the drivers. That driver was identified as Timothy Adam Anderson, a 40-year-old man from Cambridge, Maryland.
According to witnesses, Anderson showed signs of erratic driving before the accident. Witnesses reported seeing Anderson's vehicle in the wrong travel lanes before the crash.
Officers noticed the smell of alcohol on Anderson while holding a conversation with him.
A standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) was conducted, which Anderson failed.
Anderson was arrested and taken to the Cambridge Police Department for further processing. He was later let go, with citations issued against him for the following offenses:
