12-YEAR-OLD ARRESTED AT FRED DOUGLASS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ON WEAPONS CHARGES
Seaford, Delaware-A 12-year-old student was arrested at Fred Douglass Elementary School in the Seaford School District on charges of Possession of a Firearm in a Safe School Zone and Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person. According to officials, the juvenile arrived at school as a car rider and entered the building before school staff were alerted to the situation.
