The Glenn Hilliard Legacy Scholarship Fund

I’m proud to announce “The Glenn Hilliard Legacy Scholarship Fund” has been endowed by the Humphreys Foundation with a $10,000 donation.

This fund honors the life and continued legacy of CPL Glenn Hilliard through his alma mater the University of Maryland Eastern Shore by granting scholarships for degrees in Criminal Justice. 

The scholarships will be open to students from Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties (CPL Hilliard served all three of these Maryland counties) with an interest in pursuing a career in law enforcement with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion in the profession.

The fund will strive to provide opportunities for future law enforcement officers and to promote the honorable profession that CPL Hilliard so loved. 

I humbly ask each of you to consider donating to this worthy endeavor, for every two dollars donated the Humphreys Foundation will contribute an addition one dollar match.
