Join us for a 1-mile fun walk to kick off MAC's Soles for Seniors Festival at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5, at the MAC campus, 909 Progress Circle in Salisbury. All ages are welcome to participate. You can join a walk team or walk individually.

Day-of walk registration and check-in start at 7:30 a.m. The walk begins at 9 a.m. Well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome to walk with their owners. Prizes will be awarded for the top fund-raising walk teams and individuals, as well as for the best team spirit. Additional prizes will be given for the Best Dressed Dog and MAC's Choice Best Dog.

Walk registration is $20 in advance or $25 on the day of the walk, and all registered walkers will receive an event T-shirt. You can register online at the Soles for Seniors 1 Mile Fun Walk - MAC Inc. website or in person at the MAC front desk.

The festival will feature a craft fair, children's activities, a variety of food for sale, and information from community businesses and organizations. All festival proceeds will benefit MAC's essential senior programs and services.
