Conrad Snell Arrested for Viciously Assaulting his Girlfriend

On Thursday Night, June 10, 2021 at 9:08 PM, deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported altercation with a female subject reportedly screaming for help in the parking lot of a restaurant in the 400 block of N. Fruitland Boulevard in Wicomico County, Maryland after being assaulted by her boyfriend Conrad Snell.

Upon arrival, the deputies located a female subject unconscious on the ground outside the establishment. The investigation revealed that an altercation broke out between this victim and her boyfriend, Conrad Snell, that turned physical. Snell reportedly began striking the female subject in the head, which rendered her unconscious.

Further investigation revealed that Snell reportedly was trying to get his girlfriend into the vehicle to leave which she didn’t want to do which is what prompted her to begin yelling for help.

Snell was placed under arrest for the assault and he was transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and an initial appearance in front of the District Court Commissioner.

Following an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Snell in the Detention Center without bond pending a future District Court Bond Review.

Snell was charged with Assault 2nd Degree, Reckless Endangerment and Attempted Kidnapping.
